JHA Companies was able to work in conjunction with the contractor to complete the project on time and under budget. The façade repair portion of the project required minimally invasive repairs to the building to improve the curb appeal and extend the longevity of the building exterior.įinding time to pour the concrete in sub-freezing temperatures proved to be one of the larger challenges of the construction administrative process. In 6 months, all aspects of the project were able to be completed including land survey, civil design, compiling specifications and construction documents for bid, and performing construction administrative duties for the construction phase. JHA and Luzerne County Head Start worked together to navigate a winter construction schedule due to the funding timeline.
